 Qualifications for Membership

In order to qualify for membership, the family must:

  • Be actively home schooling at least one children or plan to home school within the next year
  • Download the following form pdf, complete and bring to a FHIS meeting.
    • Membership Application
    • Statement of Faith
    • Code of Conduct and Organization
  • Submit annual non-refundable Membership Dues
  • Abide by standards of good and honorable conduct at all group activities

Membership dues are:

  • $15 if received before July 1, 2009
  • $20 if received between July 1, 2009 and August 31, 2009
  • $30 if received between September 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009.
  • Dues received after January 1, 2010, are $15.
